Rita’s Florist reserves the right to substitute flowers, colors, and containers if applicable. The substitutions made will be of equal or greater value. We regret having to do this but it is necessary to ensure product freshness and timely delivery. If you do not want substitutions then let us know in the “order notes” at checkout and please order two days ahead of time so that we can fulfill your request.
You may request that your order be canceled by contacting us at (800) 741-9482 or by submitting a request online through our contact us form. Please submit your cancellation as soon as possible since we may deny your request for various reasons such as if the item has already been delivered, on it’s way to being delivered, or if the item is in the process of being created.
If there is an issue with an order we may request that the items be picked up for a refund to be issued. You may also send us a request for a return for your purchase for a refund however whether or not it will be granted will be on a case-by-case basis. We grant refunds on purchases on a case-by-case basis. For example if we believe that your order has been successfully canceled, delivery was not attempted on the date of delivery, or delivered the day after a funeral service a refund will be granted. Requests for refunds may take a few days to investigate and once a refund is granted it may take up to 5-7 business days for the money to show up as refunded on your account.
