Return Policy

General Return Policy: If the product(s) ordered do not meet your expectations, please call us within 48 hours of delivery at (800) 741-9482, Monday through Friday, 9:00 am to 4:00 pm CST. Any credit requests received more than 48 hours after delivery might be denied. If you call within the 48-hour window but after business hours, please leave a message so it will be within the 48-hour window. Alternatively, you can email contact@ritasflorist.com with your credit request within the 48-hour window. Please note that in most cases, requests for credit must be accompanied by a photo of the product.
